Trust & Privacy

How we protect your information

This page is maintained by Overwatch Pest Control to answer common security and privacy questions about our website and customer intake. It describes our current practices in plain language. It is editable content, not an independent certification or third-party audit.

What we collect

When you request service through our site, we collect the contact and property details you provide — typically your name, phone number, email, service address, and a short description of the pest issue. We only collect what we need to schedule an inspection and follow up with you.

How we use it

Your information is used to contact you about your request, schedule service, and manage your account in our pest control operations software. We do not sell your personal information.

Where it goes

Inspection requests submitted through our website are transmitted over HTTPS and routed to our internal pest control management system (Briostack) so our team can respond. Access to that system is limited to Overwatch staff who need it to deliver service.

Website platform

Our website is built and hosted on the Lovable platform. Traffic is served over HTTPS. Backend requests use role-scoped access controls so customer data is not publicly readable. This is a description of enabled platform features, not a Lovable-issued certification.

Retention & deletion

We keep customer records for as long as needed to provide service and meet our business and legal recordkeeping needs. If you would like a copy of the information we have about you, or want it deleted, contact us using the details below and we will respond.

Contact us

For privacy questions, data requests, or to report a security concern with this website, please reach out through our contact page. We will respond as quickly as we can.

Shared responsibility: Overwatch Pest Control is responsible for how we handle the information you share with us. The Lovable platform is responsible for the underlying hosting and platform security features described above. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit.
