No you do not need to be home for the treatment as long as we can access the areas needing treatment.

What preparation do I need to do before you arrive?

Clear the Perimeter: Move patio furniture, toys, and potted plants about 2 to 3 feet away from the exterior walls of your home so we can apply a flawless protective barrier. Unlock Gates: Please ensure any side gates are unlocked so our technician can access the backyard. Secure Pets: Please keep dogs and cats indoors or in a secure area during the treatment and until any liquid products have completely dried (usually about 30–60 minutes). Pick up Yard Clutter: Clear any dog toys, hoses, or tools from the lawn so our technicians can safely navigate the property.

Are there any contracts or cancellation fees?

How long does it take for the treatment to become effective?

Most treatments begin working immediately, with noticeable reductions in pest activity within 48 to 72 hours. During the first 72 hours after a treatment it is common to see an increase in bug activity as the treatments disrupt their habitats and disorient the bugs. For heavier infestations, it can take 1 to 2 weeks for the product to fully cycle through the population as pests contact treated areas and return to their harborage sites. Recurring service keeps the protective barrier active so pests don't have a chance to reestablish.
